Working Principle

PY Series Spring Cone Crusher is mainly composed of frame, fixed cone assembly, moving cone assembly, spring mechanism, bowl type shaft frame and transmission; its auxiliary part is composed of electrical system, thin oil lubrication system and hydraulic clear chamber. System composition. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve through the V-belt, the large pulley, the transmission shaft, the bevel gear, and the large bevel gear. The broken cone axis is rotated under the eccentric bushing, so that the wall surface is broken. Close to the surface of the rolling wall, and then the material is continuously crushed, crushed and bent in the annular crushing cavity composed of the fixed cone and the moving cone. After multiple extrusions, impacts and bending, the material is broken to the desired particle size and discharged through the lower portion.
