Roll Crusher Introduction

The gear roller type is suitable for the medium and fine crushing with feed particle size is less than 150mm and the finished product particle size is 5-30mm.
The four-roll crusher is suitable for the medium and fine crushing operation with the feed particle size less than 90mm and the finished product particle size 0.3-10mm.

When working, the crushed material will fall between the two rollers through the feeding port for squeezing and crushing, and the finished product will be discharged from the lower end of the discharging port. There is a wedge or gasket adjusting device between the two rollers of the roller crusher. There is an adjusting bolt at the top of the wedge device. When the adjusting bolt block is pulled up, the wedge will push the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, which is the two rollers. The gap becomes larger. When the wedge is downward, the gap between the two wheels of the movable roller becomes smaller under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller. The shim device adjusts the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the quantity or thickness. When the shim is added, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and when the shim is reduced, the gap becomes smaller.
