The compressive strength of the material should not exceed 300 MPa, and the humidity should not exceed 15%. Hammer crusher is used for crushing all kinds of medium hard and weak abrasive materials. The compressive strength of the material is not more than 100MPa, and the moisture content is less than 15%. It is widely used in coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone crushing process.
The main working parts of PCM series hammer crusher are rotor with hammer head. The rotor consists of spindle, disc, pin shaft and hammer head. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing chamber. The material from the upper inlet into the machine, crushed by the impact and grinding of high-speed movement of the hammer. The fine materials smaller than the mesh size are discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse materials larger than the mesh size are prevented from being broken on the sieve plate, and then discharged through the sieve plate.
